The specific and or main responsibilities include the validation of Project Deliverables required for a safe Start-up of the sub-systems and Ready for Operation: 1. Assist the relevant Project teams in defining and allocating the Project deliverables needed (Punch Lists, MOC, QVD, Passports, Certification Matrix) 2. Lead the work activities to identify, track and verify the completion status and validate applicable electronic files and data are received for Automation as applicable per RFO for Operations Start-up and Handover to TCO Base Business (BB). 3. Lead and work with Phase 5 Delivery Team and Project teams (Automation, Power electrical, vendors, suppliers) to set up and populate the Handover Packages in CMS for RFO, TCCC and Handover to TCO BB. 4. Define, align and implement the delivery validation work processes for deliverables needed to Safely Own and Operate the Facility. 5. Completing all work related to the validation of Handover deliverables for Operations Acceptance and Handover Packages in CMS (Completion Management System) tool. 6. Develop the delivery work processes for the verification of Handover deliverables to support RFSU (Ready for Start-up), RFO (Ready for Operations) and a smooth Handover to Operations. Interface and work with all responsible parties to ensure the Handover deliverables are complete and received for each scope.

TCO FGP Phase 5 Delivery Team The specific and main responsibilities track and validate the completion of Automation Infrastructure and Process Safety Management Information Handover Deliverables by systems / units / areas for Power & Control, Gathering, 3GI & 3GP, IOCC. Track and verify that handover deliverables are received, complete and accurate in CMS (Completion Management System) Ready for Start Up-RFSU and Ready for Operations-RFO Handover Packages. Assists in coordination and work prioritization to ensure accuracy in applying work processes. Works with Delivery Leads to develop a path forward for accounting any unique deliverables’ requirements.

TCO-FGP- 377 kilometers of pipelines in Area 51 of the Tengiz field. This project is part of the Future Growth Project-Wellhead Pressure Management Project (FGP-WPMP) and involves building a new gathering system to transport fluids from the Tengiz and Korolev reservoirs to new processing facilities. The pipelines will handle various fluids, including high-pressure sour gas for injection, as well as water, fuel gas, and diesel. The scope of work includes site preparation, civil works, mechanical equipment and piping, electrical and instrumentation installation, and construction services: - Collect and review all QA/QC Documentation for a handover to Turnover and Completion team (Acts, QVDs, Punch Lists, DWR and etc, upload in MC Plus). - Develop, Implement and Review of QAQC Documentation (Procedures, Specifications,NFIs, ITPs, Method Statements and etc) updates Document Matrix and transmittal process as required. - Preparation and execution of Internal (company's departments) and External Quality (Contactors) in compliance with the approved audit schedule QMS ISO 9001:2015. (Certificate of QMS Lead Auditor of Bureau Veritas IRCA registered). - Participating in Internal and External QA/QC, Construction meetings. - Review Inspectors deliverables, analyze and resolve issues during the QA/QC activities and inspections. - Supervision of Calibration and Certification issue as per ISO 9001-2015 requirements ( Managing with Calibration procces and Calibration Database, work with Certification Organization/Laboratory). - Invistigate Non-conformities, implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure Continious Improvement. - Managing the Welding Pipe-book Release process. - Supporting in Managing the Notification For Inspection Process- organizing QC inspections for construction activities as per requests from Construction Department. - Daily basis reporting to Construction Department about NDE/NDT Backlogs. - Weekly and Monthly QAQC reports and project KPI preparation for TCO, and corporate level as required.
