The specific and or main responsibilities include the validation of Project Deliverables required for a safe Start-up of the sub-systems and Ready for Operation: • Automation Infrastructure (PCN IT QVDs, B and C Check sheets, SATs, ISATs, PCN IT Inventory, Reports, Software Media and License Certificates, PCN IT Procedures and Documents and etc.) • CHAZOP (Control Systems Hazard and Operability Analysis) • Alarm Objective Analysis (AOAs) • Safety Requirements Specifications (SRSs) • Safety Instrumented System (SIS) 1. Assist the relevant Project teams in defining and allocating the Project deliverables needed for Automation Infrastructure and PCN. 2. Lead the work activities to identify, track and verify the completion status and validate applicable electronic files and data are received for Automation as applicable per RFO for Operations Start-up and Handover to TCO Base Business (BB). 3. Lead and work with Phase 5 Delivery Team and Project teams (Automation, Power electrical, vendors, suppliers) to set up and populate the Handover Packages in CMS for RFO, TCCC and Handover to TCO BB. 4. Define, align and implement the delivery validation work processes for deliverables needed to Safely Own and Operate the Facility. 5. Completing all work related to the validation of Automation and Main Automation Contractor Handover deliverables for Operations Acceptance and Handover Packages in CMS (Completion Management System) tool. 6. Develop the delivery work processes for the verification of Handover deliverables to support RFSU (Ready for Start-up), RFO (Ready for Operations) and a smooth Handover to Operations. Interface and work with all responsible parties to ensure the Handover deliverables are complete and received for each scope.

TCO FGP Phase 5 Delivery Team The specific and main responsibilities track and validate the completion of Automation Infrastructure and Process Safety Management Information Handover Deliverables by systems / units / areas for Power & Control, Gathering, 3GI & 3GP, IOCC but not limited to: • CHAZOP (Control Systems Hazard and Operability Analysis) • Alarm Objective Analysis (AOAs) • Safety Requirements Specifications (SRSs) • Deliverables for IOCC Migration • Safety Instrumented System (SIS) • PCN Automation Infrastructure Deliverables: 1. SAT Full Reports & PCN Check sheets 2. PCN IT Inventory List (Hardware, Software, Accounts, Passwords, IP Addresses) 3. PCN IT Services Reports (Antivirus, Patch, Network, Log report) 4. Software Media (CD, DVD, USB) & License Certificates 5. Backup & Configuration Files (All Hardware & Software) 6. Automation Force Register Track and verify that handover deliverables are received, complete and accurate in CMS (Completion Management System) Ready for Start Up-RFSU and Ready for Operations-RFO Handover Packages. Assists in coordination and work prioritization to ensure accuracy in applying work processes. Works with Delivery Leads to develop a path forward for accounting any unique deliverables’ requirements as it relates to Automation Infrastructure.

TCO-FGP Wellhead Pressure Management Project FGP / WPMP Area/ 51 Pipelines • Collect and review all QA/QC Documentation for a Structured handover to Turnover and Completion team (Acts, QVDs, DWR and etc, upload in MC Plus) • Review and Control of QA and QC Documentation (Procedures, Specifications,NFIs, ITPs and etc) updates Document Matrix and transmittal process as required. • Assist in preparation and execution of Internal (company's departments) and External Quality (Contactors) in compliance with the approved audit schedule QMS ISO 9001:2015. (Certificate of QMS Lead Auditor of Bureau Veritas IRCA registered). • Participating in Internal and External QA/QC, Construction meetings. • Review Inspectors deliverables, analyze and resolve issues during the QA/QC activities and inspections. • Review inspection reports and records of Quality Control • Review Inspection and verification of Inspection Tests Plan (ITP) • Assist and support QA/QC Manager and Coordinators with all technical issues during the Project. • Work closely with Subcontractors companies as a Focal point in Local Content and Interface of company to solve all technical issues and cases during the Project. • Supervision of Calibration and Certification issue as per ISO 9001-2015 requirements ( Managing with Calibration procces and Calibration Database, work with Certification Organization/Laboratory) • Managing the Welding Pipe-book Release process. • Supporting in Managing the Notification For Inspection Process- organizing QC inspections for construction activities as per requests from Construction Department. • Daily basis reporting to Construction Department about NDE/NDT Backlogs. • Weekly and Monthly QAQC reports and project KPI preparation for TCO, and corporate level as required.

NCOC - CMMS - Kashagan and Karabatan • Responsible for undertaking technical/engineering data and information analysis and processing for computerized maintenance management build tasks- CMMS/ activities for Oil and Gas facilities (Rotating equipment, Valves, Instrument, HVAC scopes) • Performing tasks and activities related to Computerized Maintenance Management System Build-CMMS and technical data population based on SAP-Blueprint • Assist project lead/senior discipline engineers with data and information analysis and processing in CMMS • Data information processing tasks and activities as directed by assigned Lead/Senior Discipline Engineer • Preparing or assisting with the preparation of reports, Mom's and collating data and information Bill of materials for SCE and Non-SCE type of functional Location from Vendor data and drawings (as a cross sectional drawings, Isometric, P& ID drawings and etc.) • Inspection and Quality control of procedure work and tasks for CMMS • Assist project planner with planning and reporting • Assist or provide contribution the preparation of weekly and monthly project reports data and information collating • Work closely with DCC for control of internal and external documents
